IMESCO is an Ohio based corporation doing business on a truly worldwide basis since 1974. The forerunner of IMESCO, Craftman Controls, was founded in 1969 by the present owners of IMESCO, Russell Chandler, P. E., President, and Theresa Chandler, CEO.

A sister company, Dependable Power Systems had been founded in 1988 in a partnership with the present owner of IMESCO and Chief Engineer, William Speth. Mr. Speth's background is in uniterruptible power systems used in all areas of industry, power plants, offshore platforms, chemical plants, and commerce.

IMESCO and Dependable Power Systems is located at 500 Salem Avenue, Fredericktown, Ohio in a 8800' manufacturing and office facility on nine (9) acres in an industrial park. This location is ideal as it is close to interstate 71. Exit 151 with a 15 minute drive east on state route 95 to Fredericktown, Ohio.

IMESCO's production includes metal fabrication, shearing, welding, painting, electrical and electronic assembly/wiring to customer designed specifications, meeting ANSI and NEMA standards. In addition, IMESCO and Dependable Power Systems are co-manufacturers for all of Dependable Power Systems battery chargers, inverters, uninterruptible power systems, battery racks and static switch systems.
